I wish there were more stars to give Matthew Brodtman for Excellent Customer Service! I hesitated for weeks in pursuing a refinance loan but the moment Matthew e-mailed and then called me, I was hooked! His caring nature not only showed in his voice but also in the way he made you feel top priority. He was always available via e-mail or phone call. He guided me through every process and answered tons of questions. He was never in a hurry. I am thankful every day that I had Matthew Brodtman as my loan officer. I would recommend him highly. We need more folks in this world that would give customer service like Matthew.

I don't usually write reviews but for this instance, I will make an exception. I do this only for horrible or exceptional performance and this mortgage process was the latter. I truly hate going through mortgage processing because of past experience and expected a similar experience but that was not the case. Matt and Ana Leston were great. I would refer Matt Brodtman to anyone. He truly goes above and beyond to offer a level of service you rarely see in ANY field. Matt is not only an excellent loan processor but he is a genuine, caring person who works hard and makes the customer feel they are his top priority. I also don't refer people for any type of service as it has bit me in the backside in the past but for Matt, I would refer anyone to him as I know he will come through.
