I have been in the mortgage industry for over 12+ years and have originated well over 1,000 loans over those 10 years. My experience has taught me one thing, if it has taught me anything at all. Matt helped me through a complex process
Even though I have personal experience as en employee on the IT side of mortgage loan documentation with a major competitor that competitor always tried to do what was best for them and not me when I got a mortgage through them. Matt on the other hand helped me get a good rate on a VA refinance and made sure that I got credit for my veteran disability rating and my Costco membership so I paid less on my refinance. He also made sure I knew that the faster I provided documentation the faster the process would be. When we finally hit an issue (the title company was slow issuing funds) Matt steered me to their manager who got my loan disbursed that day. Thanks Matt!
