Excellent customer service

Matthew and his team were very easy to work with. I appreciated that I had his cell# in order to ask questions at any step of the process. If he didn't have the answer at that second, he would get the answer and respond as quickly as he could. He explained things to MY satisfaction, which I can be a bit exacting about. The rates and fees were better than most and my wallet really appreciated that. His team were just as efficient and knowledgeable as he was and went out of their way to be helpful. Definitely will work with them again.

Of the 9 Real Estate closings that I have participated in, in the last 32 years, Matthew Brodtman has been the most professional, responsive, courteous, and strives to obtain the best loan rate and value of closing costs of any previous loan office I have every dealt with. I can not express in words how grateful I am to Matthew for all of his continued help on the whole mortgage process. Due to issues beyond his control, old house, self employed, VA loan, etc.....I feel that we have had the longest journey every for a closing. Every step of the way Matthew was there to help. When we had issues with final septic inspections, it was Matthew that absolutely made the magic happen, calling and speaking to person after person at the health department tenaciously determined to get it done for us! He went above and beyond constantly! Any problems encountered he had a solution. For the last five months or more he has kept everything rolling along. On my grouchiest days when I just didn't think it would ever be complete he always had a solution and encouraging words. He is great at his job and I do not think I would have made it through the process with anyone else. He was always available and was just a pleasure to work with.

Working with Matt was really a joy! He was extremely helpful and understanding of every situation that arose. One of the things that I appreciated most about Matt was that he was always available. He was 3 hours ahead of me, but never hesitated to answer my call or email late at night(for him) and even on the weekend! I wasn't sure how the whole process would go, but I always seem to have confidence that it would go well because Matt was on it! My realtor was unsure of working with someone that wasn't loc****.but after our experience, he is going to recommend Matt to his other clients as well. Thank you Matt!!!

I cannot speak more highly of the exceptional service Matthew Brodtman provided us during the refinancing of our mortgage. His extensive knowledge and experience allowed him to provide my wife and I with sound advice and guidance. He was willing to walk us through every step of the process, explaining the details in layman's terms. Never once did he make us feel rushed into making a decision. With my busy work schedule, I was unable to communicate with Matthew during normal business hours. He went out of his way to make himself available later in the evenings and even on weekends to accommodate me! His work ethic and communication skills are top notch! The refinance process took about a month. If I had normal working hours, it might have been shortened by a week. The rate I received from J.G.Wentworth was by far the best. Thus, I would highly recommend working with Matthew Brodtman.
