Matthew earned my business with his straight-forward honesty. Not only did he disclose every single detail about my refinance he showed me how to save even more. I felt very comfortable working with Matt. Unlike many other companies where I felt like they were hiding something or that I was just a number. This is not the case with Matt. He patiently explained why I had to pay each fee and the purpose for them. For the first time in a refinance, I felt like I actually had a representative fighting for me and my family's interests. He was available any time and was happy to hear from me on weekends or evenings. You cant go wrong with Matt and his co-workers Ana and Max. First things first... Matt is 'THE MAN'! As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with than Matt. From the beginning, Matt successfully guided me through the overwhelming, yet very exciting, process of buying a home. Our first phone conversation was extremely informational and we connected on a personal level, I knew I was able to trust this guy 100%. Matt was able to clearly explain and answer any questions I had and was very easy to communicate with. He responded to my emails and texts very quickly. Call Matt First!

Matt reached out to me after I had requested information from Len********.com, just to see if it would make financial sense to refinance our home. Actually, Matt was among many lenders who had contacted me, but he did two things that none of the others did that prompted me to work with him and his company: 1) he followed up on a few occasions to see if I had any questions or had made a decision to move forward yet, and 2) he researched the current market value of my home and informed me that I had much more equity in the house than I had expected, so much so that I didn't believe him at first. To make a long story short, he was correct, almost down to the dollar, which we're now using to pay off our credit cards. Matt was very professional in the way he handled every aspect of the loan process, and if we had any questions or concerns, he made it clear that we could call him at any time. If we called and had to leave a message, or I sent an email, he replied to either method of communication within 24 hours every time. Not only that, but he was superb in the way he coordinated all aspects of the loan process, all the way from initial document processing to property appraisal to pest inspection to closing. He made sure that if I had any problems that I could bring them to his attention and they would be resolved quickly. This loan, the fourth mortgage I've received, took much longer than all the rest, but that wasn't due to anything that Matt did. In fact, he did everything he could possibly do to streamline the process. Unfortunately, this lender is just so big and bureaucratic that there was just no way around that. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service received by Matt and his team. If you're in the market for a loan, whether it's a refinance, home equity loan, or even your first mortgage, I MOST HIGHLY recommend that you call Matt FIRST, so you don't waste your time on anyone else. And whatever you do, do yourself a huge favor, and do NOT sign up with LendingTree unless you want to be bombarded with phone calls and emails for at least a month or two. Just call Matt. You won't regret it.

Matthew Brodtman is the most helpful loan officer I have ever worked with. He is always patient, respectful, and kind,an d he always knows the answers to all of my questions. He is the only loan officer that ever told us we could get a VA loan which saved us the PMI we were paying on our loan at that time while lowering our interest rate at the same time.. I don't have the words to express my opinion of Matthew. He is AWESOME. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
