Easiest Refi Ever

This was our first refinance with Stu and it went perfectly. He did everything he said he would, all of the fees were exactly as promised, and the final interest rate and payments were what we were told. We had an extremely tight closing schedule and Stu's company was able to pull it off without any issues at all. We will definitely give them a try again!

I found Stu thru Lending Tree. Had no experience doing anything as complicated as a home mortgage online. Never met the guy face to face. Laughed when I saw the name of the company. Americash? Sounds like a "Pssst! Hey buddy!" kind of organization, doesn't it? Anyway, Stu was anything but shady. Talked me through the process, and doing everything online made me able to do a refi on MY schedule, not anyone else's. I've re-financed now at least 7 or 8 times with Stu and having him know my history has made things smooth and easy. Highly recommend. The low rates and no fees are real. Great experience!
