Great experience

Richard Salazar was very patient and responsive throughout the process. Our loan was closed in 2.5 weeks; our house search actually took longer. We tried another lender prior to Royal and we were so confused and angered by the process until we spoke to Rich. My husband and I are advanced degree holders with a great deal of school debt and they told us our school loans were an issue as it relate to our income. We did not have this issue with Royal, in fact Rich explained all the rules regarding debt to income and we are very happy we went with our gut trusting him on the initial phone call. Our original lender would take forever to call us back and my husband was so fed up that he originally wanted to wait until next year to start the house shopping process again. Richard was very professional and knowledgable. He completed the process within 2.5 weeks. Heck, it took longer to find the house we wanted. My husband wanted to wait until spring of 2014 because the last time we look was in 2012 and the lender we used then, was slow. My husband decided to quit looking after slow follow up by the lender. Not the case with Royal!!!

We examined four different lenders for our loan, but settled on Americash because of Stu Gersh. Along with the best rate, he provided us a professional and responsive experience. While our experience with the other potential lenders was satisfactory, Stu's service clearly separated him from the pack.
