I found the overall experience with Americash very professional. While dealing with a strictly online entity for something as critical as a home loan is a scary prospect, with Americash, What you see is mostly what you get. Their online rate quote system is very close to what you get when you talk to lenders and is very competitive. They have the right people handling the right aspects of document signing, underwriting, and the actual closing and make it as smooth and painless as expected. in my specific case, I was assigned to a previous lender who quit the firm mid-way through my refinance and Stu had to step in. When he did take over my case, he noticed an irregularity with what the original loan processor had promised me. While I had a 78% Loan to Value ratio, the original processor had assured me a rate that I could qualify for only with a 75% or lower Loan to Value. While Stu initially said he couldn't offer me the rate the original loan officer had promised he later realized there was written communication assuring me of this and chose to honor the original agreement. This was another aspect of the professionalism demonstrated by Americash that gives me confidence to go with them for my future mortgage needs as well. I definitely recommend this firm and hope everyone has as professional an experience as I did.
