Best of the best!!!

I don't usually write reviews but for this instance, I will make an exception. I do this only for horrible or exceptional performance and this mortgage process was the latter. I truly hate going through mortgage processing because of past experience and expected a similar experience but that was not the case. Matt and Ana Leston were great. I would refer Matt Brodtman to anyone. He truly goes above and beyond to offer a level of service you rarely see in ANY field. Matt is not only an excellent loan processor but he is a genuine, caring person who works hard and makes the customer feel they are his top priority. I also don't refer people for any type of service as it has bit me in the backside in the past but for Matt, I would refer anyone to him as I know he will come through. Thank you Matt, you and Ana were truly Amazing. I will refer your services to anyone needing a loan or refi!!! Cheers

Very responsive and helpful

I could not be more satisfied about the level of service we received from Matt Brodtman. From the beginning he did a great job communicating, answering questions, and getting all of the info he needed to move our refinance forward. He was extremely quick at getting back with us. I was very impressed with the rate that we received (I've never gotten the advertised rate because there was always "some" reason I couldn't qualify). This time we got the lowest. I rated fees and closing costs a little lower just because I'm not a fan of all the fees associated with mortgages. They were not any higher compared to other loans we've had, I just don't prefer them.

Knight in Shining Armor

I was looking to refinance my place for years, but was reluctant to "take the plunge" because I didn't want to deal with the time, stress, and hassle that is justifiably associated with refinancing. Finally and reluctantly, the rates were too good to pass up, and facing the ominous refinance monster was much less painful than continuing to pay my mortgage at my less-than-ideal interest rate. Skipping ahead a few chapters, this brings me to the hero of my refinance story, Matt. Matt was absolutely as professional, responsive, and helpful a person as I could have asked for. While it was sadly true that I possessed little knowledge of refinancing, mortgages, rates, fees, etc., Matt was able to walk me through the entire process and answer all my questions and concerns in simple English (big words scare me). Most importantly, Matt made the refinance process easier and less daunting than I could have ever imagined... which kind of makes me wish I had found him years ago when the idea of refinancing first popped into my head! Seriously, Matt is awesome and I would happily recommend him to anyone, especially if you have the same fears and worries that I did. He was patient, friendly, and I felt like he had me and my best interests in mind during the entire process.

Matt Brodtman is VERY professional, knowledgeable, and awesome! He took his time and helped me through this process step by ste*.He went above and beyond his job, answered calls after hours and on weekends!!! He kept me informed of any changes and worked hard to meet the deadline. I highly recommend Matt.
