Joe was awesome!
See my general review for HomePlus Mortgage. Joe was exceptional. Simply stated, Joe made it happen and if it werent for Joe, we would not be in our new home. Just one example, the sellers were concerned for how long the loan would take to close and Joe clearly explained the program and process and ensured to our sellers we can make this happen. Joe pushed every step of the way to make sure each question and/or item was answered/resolved within 24-48 hours allowing us to close EARLY =)

Great Experience!
My loan just funded and it was pleasure working with Joe. It was my second time working with him. When we needed extra cash for our home improvement project, Joe was the first guy who I contacted since my previous experience was very pleasant.
