Excellent Service

This is the second time we've used Joe Vitiello to help us with our mortgage. This time, our family was looking to refinance our home and secure a lower monthly payment. Just as he did the the first time, Joe Vitiello exceeded our expectations. Mr. Vitiello answered all of our questions and presented every refinancing option to us up front. He was professional and always available to clarify exactly where we were in the process. His responsiveness was incredible. One example, was he remembered that we preferred to correspond through email and that e-signature worked best for us.
