I have never met Joe but I feel like he is family - he had completed several loans for myself, friends and family. He is extremely responsive and works very hard to get you the best rates. I would recommend him to ANYONE!

Painless refi

Joe did a great job of keep my refi on track and staying constant communication with me. I will be sure to use him again the next time I need a loan.

Joe was amazing

I'm sure retaining a home loan is never easy but we had to jump through many hurdles securing ours. Thankfully Joe Vitiello was up for the task. He was always available and helpful throughout the process. The VA appraised it at $30K less than what our home was listed for. It was very stressful but Joe offered a variety of solutions and we proceeded. An unpermitted room became an issue in the underwriting process and Joe worked exceptionally hard to find information and help us through what was a scary moment.
