Joe Vitiello with Home Plus Mortgage is hands down the best mortgage adviser I've ever worked with. I've dealt with numerous large banks, credit unions, and mortgage brokers in managing my personal and investment properties. Joe is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. EVERY phone call or email was returned within 30 minutes. So refreshing when you compare this to dealing with large banks with tons of phone extensions and prompts. As for rates & fees- again, the best outcome possible compared to anyone out there. Give Joe a call, you will be happy you did!

First Time Refi
