Joe keeps his words and does his job
I have been working with Joe for quite some time. Ever since I finished my first refinancing with him, I didn't have to look for another agent. He keeps his words and very transparent in every ways. Nothing hidden or no unpleasant surprises. He also checks back on me time to time whenever rate falls and give me valuable suggestion. He is very responsive and courteous. Highly recommend him.

Outstanding service. Joe truly got the job done. My husband and I purchase a home in Orange County. We had a very tight budget, but through Joe's guidance, we were able to create a financial plan that worked and allowed us to purchase our home. We are now in our home which we know is truly due to Joe's help. He really does listen to you and treats you as if you are the only client he is working with. Outstanding!!!

He was readily available by phone or email for any questions we had. He was upfront and honest about all of the info he presented and did not try to pressure us into anything. Most if not all of the paperwork was done electronically and made the process go smooth.
