Joe is great
I have known Joe a long time and would work with him anytime. He is very responsive and knows what he is doing. I work recommend him on an refinance or purchase. It will be worth your time just to even compare what you currently have. I know that if he is not able to help you, he is honest enough to let you know that up front.
