Excellent Service

This is the second time we've used Joe Vitiello to help us with our mortgage. This time, our family was looking to refinance our home and secure a lower monthly payment. Just as he did the the first time, Joe Vitiello exceeded our expectations. Mr. Vitiello answered all of our questions and presented every refinancing option to us up front. He was professional and always available to clarify exactly where we were in the process. His responsiveness was incredible. One example, was he remembered that we preferred to correspond through email and that e-signature worked best for us. Overall we couldn't be happier with our new mortgage and the painless process that Joe walked us through. He's simply the best.

See my general review for HomePlus Mortgage. Joe was exceptional. Simply stated, Joe made it happen and if it werent for Joe, we would not be in our new home. Just one example, the sellers were concerned for how long the loan would take to close and Joe clearly explained the program and process and ensured to our sellers we can make this happen. Joe pushed every step of the way to make sure each question and/or item was answered/resolved within 24-48 hours allowing us to close EARLY =)
