Easy refi process
I recently refinanced my home loan and the process was very easy and painless due to the excellent help and work from Chad Weinkoff from WestStar Mortgage. I found them through the Costco website and was initially inquiring to see what rates were out there. Chad was able to give us the best rate out of the companies I contacted. He is excellent at what he does, he is responsive, helpful and on top of things which made the process very painless. He knows his stuff and I would recommend him and WestStar to my family and friends.

Outstanding Service and Competitive Rates
We had previously tried worked with two other companies who were unable to meet our mortgage refinance needs. We decided to try Lending Tree since we are Costco members. Chad called us within an hour of submitting our online request for loan information, even though it was almost midnight for him. Chad was extremely helpful and patient as he explained our various options in order to find the right loan package for us.
