Successful Loan Process - Done All Online!
He's from the East Coast while I'm in the West Coast and I was only available to go through the refinance application during my lunch hours and off business hours. He made it work! Very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly. I was concerned about the numbers (especially what I had to pay and he went over each amount line by line. Never let me miss a deadline to ensure that I did not lose the low locked rate. I initially contacted Chad in February but couldn't refinance then yet; however, he put a reminder in his calendar to check back with me in October to start the refinance process because I was eligible in November. Follows through and keeps his word! Detail-oriented and trustworthy!
