Chad Weinkoff - Well Done

As a commercial lending officer for a regional bank, I was pleased to have Chad lead me through the arduous mortgage application process. Chad is bright and articulate and provided me with options that other mortgage lenders either did not provide or were not aware of. For example, I was applying for a $420,000 Mortgage. Chad was quick to indicate that if I could get by with a $417,000 Mortgage that he could provide a better rate structure. No other mortgage lender suggested this approach. When issues arose, as they always do, Chad was quick to share the issue and offer resolutions. He was very responsive whenever I felt it necessary to either call him or email him. I always felt as if Chad was really working for me and working to close my loan. He did his job well.

Save yourself the time and aggravation - start and end your refinancing here. Specifically, deal with Gilbert - his word is as good as gold. He treats you like family to the point that he recognizes your voice when you call. (It's not Caller ID since my numbers are restricted!) After listening to countless stories from our friends about their nightmare experiences with refinancing companies, we delayed our own refinance to our own detriment just to avoid the headaches. The regulations are extremely restrictive and demanding these days and Gilbert is very well versed in the requirements. The Process

The process was great! Although the notary was problematic. We only had one day to sign the final papers because our thirty days was almost over and our rate of 3.5% for 30 years would be in jepaordy. This worked out. Gilbert was very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I would recommend Home Plus Mortgage to anyone.
