Great service & attention to detail
Chin did a great job getting everything in order and ready for our close. He has great attention to detail and didn't let anything drop. I'd definitely recommend him to a friend.

Great Customer Service
Shawn helped me refinance my house. He was great and very easy to work with. He made the whole process easy and was happy to provide information. The only thing that was a bit of a problem was that the fees were higher here than another place that had provided me their quotes. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the service that I received.

Shawn did a great job of keeping the process moving forward and counseling me on the to lock or not to lock problem, which ultimately worked out well for us with an excellent rate. He delivered on all the steps of the refinancing process that he described during our first conversation, including getting a great rate, and getting the whole thing done in a timely efficient manner.

Excellent Across the Board
The loan officer was excellent across the board. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about the rate and fees. He was extremely friendly and responsive. Overall, it was a great experience working with him, and I highly recommend him.

Great Response, Fast, Knowledgeable, and secure
I signed up with Lending Tree and submitted my info on a Sunday night. Monday morning my phone rang at 8am. I don't answer calls from numbers I'm not familiar with, but I did answer this one and it was Jon from NASB. Early bird get's the work, I told him. I planned to shop, which I did, but found everyone was about the same, so I went with the one that called first, Jon. Excellent experience with no glitches that they caused - I caused one or two, but overall it was a month to refi my house and I'm thrilled with the support I received from Jon, Zach, and NASB as a whole. I will work with Jon again in the future on any refi, whether it's my house, or my mom's, I'll work with them again.
