Shawn provide the best information to allow me to choose the loan that was best for my situation. The entire process from loan application submission to closing (with money in my account) was exactly 30 days, as promised. This in spite of the fact that I had a few credit issues that might have held things up with another loan officer.

From the start, Shawn was very personable and professional. We moved to a VA loan, and Shawn explained everything with patience and confidence. After going over our situation, he was able to formulate a plan for achieving our goal. During the process Shawn was proactive when working with us and respected our time. Being self-employed there was more red tape then typical and he did his due diligence to elevate unneeded work; which was much appreciated. Shawn made this a very pleasant experience. We will use Shawn for all of our future real estate needs.
