When I first communicated with Chinedu it was through a friend who referred me to him. He took time out on a Saturday to discuss options with me for 45 minutes ( unscheduled). This, after I attempted to get help from two other loan officers who were with larger companies, but was disregarded. Chin communicated with me frequently throughout the entire process. I noticed that he had an eye for detail which was most appreciated. The process was long and exhausting, not due to anything lacking on his part, but he stuck with me throughout the entire process. There were stumbling blocks but because he is knowledgeable in his profession he knew how to overcome those obstacles to get done what needed to be done.
