Since the first approach we had with Richard to get pre approved, the clarity of requirements was excellent and his response almost immediate for every question we had. He takes the time to explain in a very courteous way concepts used during a house purchase or loan approval process.

Always a smile and a hearty handshake, that's Richard Winters. I have purchased two homes with Rich and if I need another home, I will be back.
