Working Hard For The Money.

A few years ago I wanted to sell my home (private sale) and have a new home built. Mr. Winters was able to not only set-up financing for the new construction, but worked with the buyer of my old home to set-up his financing. The sale and purchase went very smooth for both the buyer and me. Timing was excellant. We closed on my loan first. Upon completion of my new home, we closed on the sale of my old home and was able to move within one week. Thank you, Mr. Winters for such as fine job.
