Nathan was the best Mortgage Broker we have ever worked with. This was not our first time in the house buying world but it was our smoothest. He knows his stuff... There was not a question he could not answer. Nathan saw potential road blocks way ahead of time and we had them fixed before it could ever have slowed us down. Nathan communicated when he needed to and didn't bother us when things where going as planned. He's FAST !! Nathan knows how this game is played and is able to execute all the plays on time. He was ready for closing far before any of the other parties were. I would not recommend anyone else other than Nathan to do someone's mortgage. The Best Loan Officer, Period.

Nathan is a fantastic loan officer. The entire time we were processing the loan I felt like Nathan constantly went above and beyond to make it happen and answer any questions that I had. I frequently emailed, called, and texted with Nathan in the evenings, late night, and weekends. Nathan was always very quick to reply and also always kept me updated. We were denied by two other institutions due to the amount of land being offered with our home, which is typical for our area. Nathan said he could get it done, and he did just that. Wonderful Experience!

Nathan did an outstanding job on the refinance of our home. My husband and I were new to the refinancing process and Nathan spent as much time with us as we needed in order to answer any questions we had. He provided us with multiple options for our situation and explained, in detail, the aspects of each option.
