My husband and I can't say enough great things about our experience with Nathan Fortlage. As first time home buyers, we wanted to purchase a home but didn't have a clue where to start. Nathan patiently walked us through the process & unfamiliar terminology, answering every question that we had along the way and making us feel informed and comfortable. After waiting for 65 days, S.T Bank denied me a mortgage, I serch the net I found lending tree who connected me with Nathan. I contacted Nathan,within 2 hours I was in his office,we discussed my case,Nathan told me he will get me approved in 3 to 4 weeks,the loan was done in 22 days and I closed on the house after that in 2 weeks Nathan listens to you and he does explain exactly what you need to do to get a mortgage, I was lucky finding Nathan and I was lucky working with him, he is the best loan officer I had ever m**.THANK YOU NATHAN

First Time Homebuyers
My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and our realtor recommended Nathan to us. We sent him an email one evening and was very surprised when we saw a repsonse that same night. Being new, we shopped around and started looking at other places and low and behold, it didn't work out We became frustrated and when we were ready, we went back to Nathan and we began the process. He assisted us with knowing the things we needed to fix on our credit down to the dollar... literally!! When you deal with Nathan, keep a notebook handy.. he is going to let you know everything that needs to happen in the process and and as long as you check it off as you go, you can see everything going the way it should. They are working to get you into your home day, night, and even the weekend. Seriously, how many peope are sending email at 9am on a Saturday?! And the timeframe that he gave us to close was dead on!! And we had a few bumps in the road, but that is how hard he works for you. Thanks so much for everything Nathan!!!!!!!!!!!!!
