Excellent Experience
When we started thinking about buying a new house we sent an email late one evening not expecting that we would hear from anyone since it was on the weekend, however, much to our surprise we had an instant response from Nathan. This level of responsiveness continued throughout our entire loan process. We actually felt like Nathan worked 24/7. It didn’t matter what time of the day or night that we emailed him, he always responded extremely fast. Our loan process was smooth as silk and we were ready to close on our loan ahead of schedule. Very responsive!
Buying a home and getting a loan is a very stressful time, and Nathan was able to help us get the loan we wanted with a good rate. Excellent loan officer!
Nathan was very responsive and helped get our loan closed on time with no issues at all. Not only was the service great but they offered a float down option where if interest rates went down before closing you can take advantage of the lower rate. This option ended up saving us $1000's of dollars over the life of the loan.
