He is the Best

I have had 16 mortgages during my life. The last one I did in December 2012 with Marty Miller was the easiest of them all. I had tried to refinance my present mortgage with my current lender at a lower rate. I was refused because I was now retired. I contacted Marty and he had me withdraw money from my retirement account to show a cash flow. After several months I applied for a new 3.5% mortgage and Marty was able to get me approved. He was the most innovative mortgage person I have ever dealt with, I have reffed 2 people to Marty and he was able to help them get new mortgages. He is the best and the hardest worker out there.
