Marty is by far the best loan officer we have ever worked with. I feel he is actually concerned for what is best for us. He is so prompt about returning phone calls and emails and always kept us updated with what was going on. He is truly amazing and I tell everyone about him and our experience when a conversation about mortgages comes up.

I refinanced my first house with Marty. It was a great, flawless experience. He took all the time to educate me about all options and closing costs. No question was left unanswered. I left Michigan to Virginia for a new job. I immediately contacted him when I was ready to buy a house. His company at the time did not offer mortgages in Virginia. Despite that Marty offered to review the mortgage quotes I was receiving and steered me away from a high closing cost quotation that was skillfully disguised. He ended up saving me $5000 in the process though he knew very well that he could not get my business due to geographical limitations. I recommend Mary's wholeheartedly.

Best experience ever refinancing

I can only recommend working with Marty Miller. A year and a half ago I was shopping around to refinance my home. Marty was very fast to respond, offered a great rate, patiently answered all my questions, was very diligent and super friendly. Next time I buy a house or need to refinance I would contact Marty again.

Marty is a wonderful person & a rare bird. Not because of the great rate we got, but because of the service he gave us after dealing with a number of companies. I told Marty that I was waiting for Obama's new rules to come out & the another mortgage guy was helping my son on a house. He told me at the time that he can do it now! After the "rules" came out (and didn't make a difference), I called Marty & he said "let's go". And he did so without noting "he told me so". We got all the data he needed & within a few days we had Sarah at our house signing papers & we were done! We did a number of these refi's in the past but this was by far the easiest, timely, and fun that we ever did. It actually made me wonder…"What is the catch". Marty's name has since crossed my lips many times to friends & business people. Next time I'm up his way, I'll stop by & say hello.
