Seamless
Marty picked up the ball and the process was seamless. Any time I needed to talk to Marty he was available to speak with me and promptly replied to email communications. The communication was light years ahead of other mortgage companies that I have used in the past. The Loan process was fast...I was told around 30 days and he delivered. I would certainly use Marty again in the future as well as recommend him to friends and family.

My refi was plagued with hurdles and I had been previously denied by another company who said I would be approved, took by $500, and promptly said I wasn't qualified! Marty did what was necessary and even took my calls and texts at night and on the weekends! While I am sure not everyone can be approved, I am also sure that Marty will do everything he can for YOU!
