I would recommend Mark Balenger and his staff with out hesitation. The customer service he provides is par to none. Our situation was somewhat complicated, and took longer that a usual loan but at the end Mark got it done. Mark and his team have different products and alternatives for lending than the "usual" mortgage company. If you have any borrowing needs give Mark Balenger a try. Excellent Service

Mark went over and beyond to get my loan refinance. I first called Quicken Loan which I was very disappointed with because the loan officer made no suggestions or took the extra time to see other options for me. Well then I starting working with Mark and there were some bumps but he went that extra miles to help me. He was very professional, prompt, very knowledgeable about the loan details, was always available by email or phone and NEVER gave up. I would highly recommend Mark and his team!!!
