The very few times that i couldn't reach him on the phone, Mark called back within minutes, and I'm referring to within 10 minutes. Mark's presentation of your loan options is outstanding. Not only are his graphics clear but Mark takes the time to go over them and explain every detail. It felt like a conversation with a friend on what are the best options for my family. Mark set up the entire process were we could close on our loan in less than two weeks, and that's including time for the appraisal. The network of professionals that Royal United uses are incredible. The appraiser and the closing officer were extremely professional and very personable. Always make my wife and I feel like we were dealing with old friends.
