Mark Balenger was great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and really good about keeping us informed about what to expect at each stage of the process. Mark was always really easy to reach with questions, and always made sure we were comfortable and informed when we had to make decisions. I appreciated never getting any sort of a hard sell from him. Mark is a true professional in every way. When my husband I and I decided to purchase an investment property, Mark could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and make the entire process almost effortless. He was proactive throughout our application, advising us of what to anticipate and guiding us along the way. It is rare to find anyone as responsive as Mark. As questions arose, he made himself totally accessible to us, regardless of whether it was in the evening or on a weekend. The entire process went very smoothly and took less that four weeks, from our first phone call to closing the loan. This was largely a result of Mark's diligence and experience.
