Outstanding service for VA refinancing

On March 26, 2014 I completed an online VA mortgage refinance application with Lending Tree. That day I received an e-mail from Pacific Beneficial's Kirk Gay along with several other lenders. I spent almost a week comparing interest rates and closing costs with about 7 different lenders. After giving all the lenders a fair chance to earn my business I decided to go with Pacific Beneficial's Kirk Gay and Summer Anderson. Their interest rates and closing costs were very competitive and lower than the competition. On April 1, 2014 I locked in a 3.75% interest rate for 30 days. I was skeptical at first because 30 days to close seemed like a short amount of time to get the inspections, repairs, and all the documents prepared. But as time went by both Kirk and Summer kept in contact with me and updated me with the next steps of the process. On May 1, 2014 I signed my closing documents and on May 06, 2014 the funds cleared my account. This has been by far one of the smoothest processes I have ever gone through. If I ever decide to purchase another property in the future or refinance any of my current properties, I will definitely call Kirk Gay at Pacific Beneficial. Great, painless experience

Wow! That's all I can say about Kirk. He and his team were fantastic. He would call me back promptly, answered all my questions up front, made me feel comfortable about the process, and really made the whole experience so easy and painless it was hard to believe. It went very smoothly and efficiently. What more can you ask for in a refinance transaction? I would not hesitate to recommend Kirk to anyone looking for a referral. If I am willing to recommend him to my own mother, (which I am wholeheartedly), then you know he is good!

The loan process is never easy, but Kirk did everything he could to make the process as painless as possible. Our loan was complicated and Kirk worked hard to make sure we closed in a reasonable time frame. I filled out a lending tree request and was immediately inundated with phone calls. Kirk Gay of Pacific Beneficial was one of the early responders. Having heard numerous mortgage lenders and their spiel, Kirk stood out as someone I could work with. He had an extremely professional demeanor and his experience was evident. Although it took longer to close this loan than I had hoped, it was not due to any shortcomings on Kirk's part. Kirk was responsive and communicated promptly and concisely. I would highly recommend Pacific Beneficial and Kirk Gay in particular.

When I first filled in my information with Lending Tree, I was overwhelmed with the response! I received offers via the internet, but my phone would not stop ringing! There were really too many choices. I waited a week, sorting through the offers and voice messages, and decided to answer Kirk's email which offered me good service and a competitive rate in a professional manner. I had read reviews re: Pacific Beneficial and Kirk as well as reviews about the competitors. My over all experience was very good. I work an odd schedule and am not the easiest person to get in touch with, but Kirk and Vanessa did a good job keeping in touch through the process, and my loan funded within the parameters we had established early on.I would definitely recommend this team when you are looking to refinance. They will prepare you for everything that may happen along the way, and they will take on all the work and worry involved with the process!
