Kirk Gay @ Pacific Beneficial

I just re-financed my home in Palo Alto, CA - Kirk was awesome. He reached out to me immediately after I submitted my application, he worked with me every step of the way, found me a terrific rate, and we closed on schedule with zero effort or pain. I highly recommend Kirk to anyone thinking about refinancing. I was actually very impressed with the rate - it was better than expected!

Kirk is reliable, communicative and professional

I first contacted Beneficial from the the Lending Tree website and was connected to a complete idiot so I moved on to other companies. But Beneficial had the best rates. In my second attempt Kirk was the contact person. He was professional, knowledgeable and spelled it all out for me. Highly recommend him.

better than family...

When I got contacted by Kirk, he said he would treat me like family, but he was better! He kept me informed of each step, made sure I understood what I was getting and made it very easy and fast to get my Mortgage refinanced. I would recommend him for an easy and excellent rate on a mortgage.

Excellent loan officer

We were not making much progress trying to refinance our home through our current mortgage holder, so thought it couldn't hurt to see what Lending Tree had to offer. Just as advertised, received several bids and started getting calls the next day. Received a call from Kirk Gay with Pacific Beneficial Mortgage, he was very cordial, identifying who he was and why he was calling. I told him my sob story of how my clueless stagecoach of a lender had taken more than 65 days to process our loan and still was asking for more documentation. Not only did they blow through our lock date, they wanted to charge for extending the rate lock. Unreal! Kirk assured me that he could match their rate and get it done in under 30 days. Sure I thought, of course he has to say that. He not only beat their rate, we closed our loan within three weeks from the date we started the process! Kirk was great, I never had to call him to find out status on anything, he was always calling me to let me know what was happening. Its a rare thing today to have a professional treat his clients with the importance that Kirk does. It's good to know that there people like Kirk who take their work seriously and are really trying to help in one of the largest investments that we make. Great job Kirk, you made this an easy and stress free process!

Kirk is the man

Kirk did a great job wiith my loan from beginning to end. I spoke with a lot of lenders that were obviously following a script and pushing their company's credintials. Kirk didn't do this. He was professional and easy to talk to right off the bat. I made my refinance motives very clear, and he found me a free loan that god rid of PMI and provided me a lower rate. He responded quickly to all my calls/emails and made the process very easy. I definitely trust him. I will use Kirk again for my next refi or home purchase. Thanks Kirk. Great work.
