Kirk was able to offer me the best rate for a refi - He is very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. (note that I was somewhat skeptical throughout the process of going thru Lending Tree without having a personal reference). After I verbally agreed to go forward with the rate offered, the next time I spoke to Kirk he said he was able to offer me an even better rate! (I mean, who does that ?) Additionally, Kirk worked with the lender to save me some additional money on the signing. Everything went extremely smoothly, it was very clear Kirk was working to get me the best rate possible. I highly recommend.
