Re-Finance
My Loan Officer, Jim Groth, did an outstanding (and patient) job helping us refinance our existing mortgage. The process was quick, Jim was responsive and definitely in tune with what our needs were. Consolidation loan
My wife and I decided to use some of our home equity to consolidate one other loan we had with our home loan and get a better overall rate. After submitting our information, Jim Groth from Royal United Mortgage contacted us the very next day. Jim was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone and very patient with all of my questions. I felt that Jim listened to what my financial goals were and concentrated his efforts in helping me achieve those goals. We were able to lower our rate almost 1 3/4 points and rolled in a second loan that was at 7.5%. Our loan closed within 15 days and I felt Jim and United Royal Mortgage did a great job for us.
