Skeptical about Internet deals.

I was very nervous about using an online service simply because of my skepticism, but after speaking with Jim Groth I knew I was in good hands from start to finish. Even after I closed he still made time to call me and check up to see if all was good. Jims professionalism and customer service is top notch.

Superior Customer Service

The initial conversation with Jim Groth was on 09/24/15 and the entire process to closing was completed on 10/13/15. He was clear and precise with his instructions about how the refinancing of our home would be accomplished. He was informative, knowledgeable and attentive to the questions we had and all matters handled in a timely manner. His ability to walk us through the refinancing of our home was painless and in our opinion went over and beyond the call of duty. He never made you feel any questions you had were silly and for that we are thankful. Jim was never rushed and made you feel as if you were the only customer he was working with. I would highly recommend Jim for all of your financing needs. You won't be disappointed. His customer service was second to none and thank him for his timely responses by phone and email.

Jim is great

Jim went above and beyond to help me with this loan. It wasn't a straight forward re-fi. We had several complications r/t my ex-husband's name on the paperwork, some home repairs that needed to be completed etc, etc. Jim was just wonderful, helpful, and patient. He really helped me so much. I would recommend Jim to anyone- he did an excellent job.

I cannot say more than this gentleman is the best at what he does --- he keyed in on my apprehension and made me feel very comfortable in working with him and Royal United at each step in the load process - I never waited for a response - he was always on top of my loan and my million questions and even responded on a Sunday - customer service like this is rare and I would highly recommend working with Jim and Royal United ---- he even tolerated my barking dogs (who also give him the paws up)
