Jim Groth was amazing to work with! Initially, I was very skeptical to get a phone call from someone I'd never met personally for such a huge decision and process, but quickly changed my mind the more we spoke as he took his time to make sure I understood all my options and answered all my questions. It was like talking to a trusted family member who you knew had your best interest at heart. I am truly grateful for crossing paths with him and will definitely love to do more business with him in the future. It was an absolute pleasure working with him as we completed the enter refinance process in about two weeks! Royal United Mortgage has an outstanding representative of the company who is very knowledgeable and an amazing person!

Jim called me a full three days before I heard from any one. He worked on holidays and weekend to complete my loan. I was very pleased how easy it was. He walked me through the entire process and I felt very confident with the process. He called me on January 1 and I closed Jan 19. Wow!

I usually don't conduct business of this nature over the phone. I like shake their hands, look them in the eye, and make my own determination if this is a trustworthy person. However this was not the case in refinancing my house. Having recently been widowed, I have never walked alone in this process. My husband transacted this type of business and I signed where he told me too. After contacting Lending Tree online, I had no idea I was about to be bombarded with calls, and I said to myself, what have I done. But once I spoke with Jim and hearing his pleasant voice, I felt I could trust him, it was like looking him in the eye. He was very professional, knew his business, and most of mine after we were through, and he was very kind to me, knowing I was inexperienced. He explained everything in detail, and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. This process was effortless, due to Jim's guidance.
