Changed my life

Let me start off by saying that, I thought I'd never be able to write this review. I thought my chances of buying a house were slim to none. My credit is in decent shape, but not great, plus I am self employed. I really thought it couldn't be done. Until I found Mr. David Marcano from Vandyk Mortgage. Everything started on Saturday July 11th of 2015. I found David Marcano via multiple reviews of mortgage companies. His name was singled out every single time, and I knew I had to find a way to get in touch with him. Everyone said how attentive he was, how he'd get on the phone with you on a Saturday, rain or shine the guy was there. So I acted on this, and that very afternoon I was able to get a hold of him, and we got on the phone for about 2 hours while he explained the entire process. Mind you, I found his reviews that same day, and here he was, giving me extremely valuable advice for a few hours, on a Saturday! I knew this was the guy, I knew he'd get me to the finish line and let me tell you, I am glad I did. To make a long story short, we had offers on 4 different houses, including 1 condominium. David had to re-do a bunch of paperwork, and deal with multiple annoying realtors, plus again, making sure my file was doable since I am self employed. David Marcano worked day in and day out for 108 days. Thats almost 4 months, and he stuck it out. It wasn't an easy transaction and he stuck it out with me. I wrote David a personal heartfelt letter, because through his help, he changed my life. He literally helped me pull it off in ways no other provider could, simply because he knows this process inside out. If you're considering buying a home, seriously, give David a call. Don't risk you time, going with a company that will leave you at the closing table. David came through in all his promises and I highly recommend him to anyone I know, and I will use him again in the future.

Stop Wasting Your Time and Hire David Marcano!

David Marcano is one of the few people I have ever worked with that had my best interest in mind. No pun intended. When I first spoke with him I was impressed by his desire to help me get the best rate possible. I was aiming for 3% and he managed to secure my loan at 2.875%. He is also the most responsive person you will ever work with. He efficiently communicates by phone, texting, or email and is more accessible than my local banker. Throughout the whole process I felt like I was calling a good friend who was helping me out. I cannot say enough good about this guy! He will fight for what you need and make it happen if it's at all possible. I was leery of a long distance loan but I can assure you that you have nothing to worry about! David is honest, trustworthy, and proven! I read the reviews before I spoke with him and found all their praises to be true! The only disadvantage was that I couldn't physically hug this guy for working so hard on my behalf and saving me so much money. If I ever purchase another home he will be the first person I call and I will not waste my time looking anywhere else! Thank God for David Marcano!

Great Experience with David Marcano

David Marcano did an exceptional job helping my family and I get the loan we needed to buy our new house. From the first moment I spoke with David he understood exactly the type of loan we needed to get the home we were targeting, and he made it happen. I am by no means a home loan expert, but luckily David is, and he walked me through the process step by step, and answered all of my many questions. He was extremely attentive and thorough throughout the process, and he helped make a normally stressful process fairly simple. I highly recommend David Marcano and VanDyke Mortgage, and if I ever need to buy another property, or re-finance, he would be my first call.

Delivered when no one else could

I met David Marcano and VanDyk through lending tree as a last effort to find a lender who could deliver a 10% down loan in FL for a 520k home (everyone else needed 20%). We were ready to give up and settle for less home that qualified for fha when David Marcano assured me he had an 80-10-10 product to bring my down payment to 10%. Even with a credit score slightly below 700 David Marcano worked with me to get re-rated in a matter of days. Overall I was in a tough spot and David and VanDyk truly delivered in a way no other lender could. I will use David and VanDyk again.
