It was a pleasure working with David through the load application and loan processing timeframe. David was upfront, and available for questions, concerns, comments throughout the loan processing and close period. David also got very good reviews from our real estate agent, who commended David on his proactive communications regarding loan status/processing. Great Service and amazing Product
We had a great experience working with David. The amazing product which made our loan from Jumbo Loan (not so easy to qualify) to Conventional (easier to qualify) and HELOC, made it so much better. There was also a time crunch between the contract and closing date. The team from VanDyke had to get the documentation in order and everything had to be done in a timely fashion. The other unique experience (which no other person would do for you), review your taxes to make sure the numbers actually make sense and add up before submitting to IRS. That was a huge merit to working with him. So thanks David and Team VanDyke.

Home Loan
I worked with David for about 8 months while we waited to sell our home. David was great and almost always available even late at night and weekends.
