From the initial call to post-closing David Marcano has been there for me! I had a lot of people call me after submitting my information on Lending Tree. I was ready to go with another lender, however he was not giving me all of the information I was requesting and he was kind of evasive. David proposed the exact same program based on my needs, but the difference was that he was prompt, fully transparent with all of the fees and more importantly, he answered my questions and did not dance around the answers. He made himself available at anytime of the day to make sure I was comfortable each step of the way. When I say anytime of the day, that is no exaggeration! We had conversations late in the evenings, sometimes 9 or 10p, way past normal business hours, texted during the course of the day about updates each step of the way and I really appreciated it. That type of communication is important when making a large purchase. This alone showed me that he was about business and was ready to do whatever was necessary to make sure my deal went through as quickly as he initially promised. He is a very knowledgable loan officer, explained every detail about the mortgage and was very transparent about what was happening when I asked questions. VanDyk Mortgage has a true gem on their team! We had a unique situation in which we had to cancel one contract and start another one after the inspection of the home come back and that was a seamless transition and we were ready to close very fast! I have dealt with several big banks with previous mortgages that would not go to the lengths David Marcano did in closing this deal and he has truly earned my business for life! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs a mortgage, wants top notch service and wants to close within 2-3 weeks. I cannot say thank you enough because without the help of David, my family and I would not be in our current home. Thanks again David!
