So glad I found them!
I have ownder my house for about 10 years and in that time have refinanced 3 times. I had used the same broker for the purchase of my house and the 2 refinances, they were good but I was referred to DLJ Financial by a friend in the industry. I contacted them about fees and discussed what I was expecting. Colette Penkal was my initial point of contact and was with me the for the entire transaction. After giving all of my information to her I recieved a call within the next few days. Jordan Slay contacted me to let mw know what steps would be taken ie: credit report run, Appraisal to be done etc., she was very professional. At every step I was contacted and kept in the loop. Colette kept an eye on the market for me and contacted me when she thought I'd be happy with what see worked out for me. She gave me options and after a few conversations she was able to fine tune my loan to what I had asked for and I was done within two weeks. It was the easiest transaction I have ever done!
