3rd time is a charm... again!!

All I can say once again, DLJ Financial, thanks! This is the third time I've worked with Colette Penkal, and she is the most valuable team member at DLJ. Her and Janeen are very professional, quick to respond, and I think it was a record closing. This was my second purchase. I closed in 22 days with New Years and Christmas in between. It was amazing how fast everything came together. It was such a smooth transaction. The information provided was clear and precise. I had trouble with my realtor, and Colette offered up additional help after my loan closed to help me with information on how to approach an issue I was having. I can't rave enough about the support and service that I have received every time I have used Colette. I will be a lifetime follower of Colette and DLJ.

All the way up till the eleventh hour, literally!

Colette Penkal was my guardian angel all the way up to the eleventh hour, literally. I was about to send her my Notice of Right to Cancel at the very end of my third day after signing with the notary. I thought I had a better deal lined up. I felt horrible for being such a frugal shopper after she had worked so hard for me; fixing my credit score, returning my emails/phone calls, explaining the #'s, just being completely open and honest with me. She took my phone calls all the way up till midnight and pleaded for me not to cancel because she felt I was being baited into something "too good to be true". She definitely went above and beyond what any normal person would do in their profession. She is passionate about looking out for her client's best interest. Because she had been a straight shooter with me throughout the entire process and she offered me an out if the competing broker could produce legitimate documents, I trusted her and didn't cancel. I'm so glad I did because the next day when I asked for the exact paperwork needed for Colette to go to battle with her manager to get me the same deal, that competitor came up short and wouldn't produce! I'm so lucky I had Colette of my side otherwise I'd be back at the starting line instead of closing today. Amazingly she totally held it together through thick and thin and all the drama I put her through to keep my business. She always remained polite and professional. I promise anyone, if you choose to give Colette a chance to prepare your loan, you will be extremely happy paying for her services because she earns every cent of what she makes.
