i started in the lending industry way back in 1998 so I'm definitely a veteran. I have helped thousands of clients since then with their mortgage needs and specialize in doing Texas loans. I would consider myself an expert in navigating all of the state specific rules and regulations associated with Texas lending. My main philosophy in helping my clients is that we should try and find the "RIGHT loan and not just "A" loan. Thank you Chris. You were truly on top of things from the get go. You knew how to structure my loan to get it approved when other Loan Officer's didn't have a clue. Interest rates went down and this is my second refinance with Chris. Like the first one, Chris explain to me what to expect and sure enough, at closing the bottom line was a tad lower that the first estimates. He is a straight shooter with no surprises. He looks for things that can be reused so I do not have to pay for them again such as the property survey. He gives his personal advice on the many choices and explains why. This is why I came back to Chris to handle my second refinance.
