i started in the lending industry way back in 1998 so I'm definitely a veteran. I have helped thousands of clients since then with their mortgage needs and specialize in doing Texas loans. I would consider myself an expert in navigating all of the state specific rules and regulations associated with Texas lending. My main philosophy in helping my clients is that we should try and find the "RIGHT loan and not just "A" loan. This core value and belief has helped me for almost 20 years serve the needs of my clients and secure loan products that best meet their individual financial needs.

Great loan experience!
Chris at GFM Mortgage did an exceptional job throughout the loan process. He was able to get a complicated loan done with lower rate and cost than the builder, due to me being self employed. Chris's knowledge and expertise was second to none, and highly recommend his service to anyone looking to refinance or purchase. Great experience!

Ask for Chris Peck over at Guaranty Federal Mortgage. I went in knowing nothing about this process and left in just a couple weeks as a zen master. Chris treated me like a friend, educated me, laid out my plan, was pro-active about my loan approval, and kept me on task. He was patient with my myriad of questions, and aggressive when it came to getting the loan approved. He looked at my very short window for closing and immediately went into overdrive to get it done.
