Wonderful Experience!

This is the second time my wife and I have used Guaranty Federal Mortgage in the last 18 months, and we could not be more pleased. From the beginning of both loans, the staff at GFM (Lisa and company) were overwhelmingly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Chris Peck took the time to explain the process to not only me, but also my wife, and spent many hours making sure we had all our questions answered. We gave Chris a tough task this time, as we had to get our loan funded and close in less than 28 days, and him and his staff worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to get the home we dreamed of! Fantastic experience

I was amazingly happy with my experience with Guaranty Federal Mortgage. As a home investor I have worked with many lenders in the past and Guaranty Federal Mortgage has been one of the best I have experienced in the field. I was doing a rather tricky loan that was fairly time sensitive and my loan office at GFM, Chris Peck, was there to help me every step of the way to help best figure out this transaction. The service I received here was top notch and I'm excited to hopefully work with them again in the future. I would recommend them to anyone I knew who was looking to purchase, or refinance their home.
