Above and beyond with a purpose

There isn't really any way to describe my loan experience before Brandon started to help us. Well, maybe. Before he started to fix this, it was a complete disaster. He fixed it. Brandon exemplifies the very definition of the word professionalism. . From the very beginning of what WAS a traumatic experience, he took charge and calmly, concisely, and consistently led my wife and I through this process. He was available to answer our questions, regardless of the three hour time difference. He was there early, late, or anywhere in between. I truly got the sense that Brandon was in this process WITH us. I never felt the "gotta get this done right NOW" pressure that I experienced in the three previous lender experiences. He understood that life happens. There is still a deadline, but life happens. Brandon worked with us every step of the way to smooth the bumps and straighten out the the zigs and zags in our path. He couldn't have been more helpful. Accordingly, when the needed documentation or task was completed, he responded to every email assuring us that he had received the information. It didn't just disappear into the internet black hole. At one point we hit a communication snag with an outside vendor and Brandon got on the phone and worked his way up the chain to fix someone else's mistake and HE MADE IT RIGHT. When we were frustrated by circumstances and other people's inability to do the right thing for the right reason, Brandon reminded me that this was about the end goal and not to get too emotionally wrapped up because he was mission focused and 100% committed.
