Refinance

Brad and I had previously communicated but due to timing issues, had never gotten together. When Brad followed up with me via e-mail just asking if we were still looking to do anything, I responded that we were indeed looking to refinance our home. Brad immediately went to work and began the process to see if he could help us. Having gone through a short sale a couple of years ago, I knew there was no guarantee that he could get our rate down, or the PMI. Brad stayed on this and from start to finish, he was right on top of things. Very nice experience.
