Dissapointing
Nightmare. Started with Jae Kim loan officer??Dissappeared then Mr. Self took over stating jae was on vacation, after being told our rate would be 3.125/15 yr refi.. we were told that the rate was no longer good because nobody locked it in?? Then it became 4.125!!!at 20 yrs!!We thought about it and decided to go with it mind you we had already spent 500 on an appraisal, and a couple thousand on a loan that they made us payoff to lower our ratio... we are 2 months into this mess and he.finally says we can close, all of a sudden now we cant close yet because we have another property that we owe 18k on and we showed proof that my mother in law pays it! We do not hear from brad for 3we****.until tonight..a message say*****.he could do a 30yr!!!!.After all the time and money was****.the credit inq******.given the run aro*****.you would think that they would know this from the start. Very unorganized, terrible way to do business. Very dissapointed.
