Seamless!

Last year, my wife and I filled out the Lending Tree application. We weren't able to complete a purchase because my wife gave birth to our second child! However, Brad maintained subtle but constant contact throughout the year. Because of this, we decided to give him the best look at who we would use when we were finally able to put together a deal. He didn't need this extra weight in our decision, however. He was by-far, the most thorough, quickest response, and most courteous out of all the agents we dealt with. Brad did a great job with giving information to help make the decision on who to chose with pushing for his own bank. He had gotten everything in order quickly but because of the number of loans at the time my refied took a couple of weeks longer than expected. Brad stayed on top of it for us. I am very glad we picked Brad as our loan officer! We had tried to refinance our 1st & 2nd into a new 1st previously without success. Brad was able to do it where others had previously failed.
